The client was looking for an off the shelf solution for a truck wash bay for their fleet of waste removal vehicles. The system was required to include an adequate pressure cleaner and chemical distribution point for their project specifications. Nothing was currently available on the market for quick installation.
SOLUTION OFFERED
Our team provided a tailor-made solution that was purpose-built for their industrial facility located in Perth, Western Australia. OEM Group fitted a wall mounted SPITWATER HP21200E GT to the wash bay with a 3-way water, degreaser and truck wash chemical distribution system. The system was connected with custom fabricated stainless steel piping that was curved and bent into shape around the wash bay walls. It was also fitted with an emergency stop function should it be required to improve workplace safety around the wash bay operations.
