PROBLEM FACED
A 2006 SPITWATER SW201 was scheduled in for a service and repair as it had stopped operating. The machine was inspected and it was identified that it had a worn water seals & valves in the pump, a worn bypass, a dirty diesel filter, a worn burner joint, and a dirty water filter.
SOLUTION OFFERED
Based on the fair condition of the machine, it was determined that repairing the equipment was a more viable option than purchasing a replacement pressure cleaner. The client decided to go ahead with the quoted repair work to extend the lifespan of the machine further. Our service technician fitted various replacement parts to the 16-year-old SPITWATER SW201 in the scheduled job timeframe. The regular servicing of this machine and the exceptional quality of the SPITWATER Pressure Cleaner has attributed to its long life and should see a few more years yet.
